Its brilliant, central location was a plus. It took only 5 minutes to walk to William Brown St bus stop. The staff was perfect, thorough, and responded promptly to requests.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very relaxing stay for the winter time. We were offered inclusive breakfasts with enough food to feed the 5000. The location was marvellous and lovely, not far from promenade, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. Besides, the hotel was near Liverpool Central Library.

This was an excellent stay for 10 nights. We were upgraded to updated guest room with big king size bed. Generally everything was excellent, yet the bathroom was very compact. The breakfast was particularly good with enough food to feed the 5000, fabulous views, bbq, the restaurant was modest.

Sincerely, it was a real good stay for 6 nights. I greatly enjoyed the twin room which was recently refurbished. Hotel's location was magnificent and beautiful, on the refurbishment for ordinary rooms. The full cooked breakfast was extraordinary and marvellous.

The total stay was perfectly pleasant during my holidays. The food was delightful and included bread, cakes, fruit, pastries, and meats. I liked the room on upper floors, the bed was comfortable. The staff were fantastic friendly and helpful with requests. Magnificent central location really close to a great beach and the restaurant and bar staff. Also, the hotel was set not very far from landscaped gardens.

I ate at a very clean restaurant for non all inclusive guests. The location in a particularly good area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were a shopping centre and a market nearby. Plus, I could reach Waterbuggy Fun just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The location next to city centre was marvellous and brilliant. The outdoor bar in the hotel had variety of premium soft drinks, wines, beers, and cocktails throughout the day.

The restaurant was good for non all inclusive guests, we ordered excellent dishes. A flat-screen TV, a coffee maker, and fresh sheets available were an advantage.
